Paula Radcliffe returns, she would be participating in the Virgin Money London Marathon on April 26, after injury problems and having surgery on her left foot in 20012.
She spoke at the London marathon's annual launch event. "I'm expecting to be emotional and I'm probably underestimating just how emotional".
