Ahmed Musa tells why he went to Mecca

The Nigerian international Ahmed Musa has confirmed he went to Mecca for thanksgiving Pilgrimage, to thank God (Allah) for Nigeria's at the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) which he was one of the key factors to the team's success.
He said that he ought to have gone  for the thanks giving ceremony a long time before ago but due to not having the oppurtunity as a result of being occupied decided to do it this period.

The CSKA Moscow number 18 said; " i long decided to do it, Hajj for me as a Muslim is a great honor", he told Russian daily express.ru

"Wen we got to the African cup of Nations, i realize it was the right moment. It was the main period for the Pilgrimage but i didn't have the opportunity to visit Mecca as at that time. This Hajj (i went for is called) Hajj Umar, small Pilgrimage.

"i think i am born again, because if you come to mecca,you are forgiven all sins".
